Thermally-Fused Laminate
We use Thermally-Fused Laminate (TFL) to create all our premium products. Our panels are produced by thermally fusing a resin-impregnated sheet of decor paper directly to a substrate such as particleboard and other composite panels. TFL benefits include:

Panel Size
Panasphere®’s TFL are manufactured in widths of 4 feet and in lengths of 8 feet. Additional sizes are available upon request.
Thickness
Our standard North American stocking program features 3/4″ (18mm) core. Custom thickness orders are available upon request with minimum quantity required.
Substrate
Panasphere®’s Azure TFL substrates are made of particleboard core, are TSCA Title VI Certified and can also contribute to LEED certification. Alternative core materials are available for custom order.
