Beauty & Versatility

Burlply is not an extension of our Burl line: It’s an innovative new addition to the U.S. market featuring a plywood core for extra strength and durability you won’t find anywhere else.

You’ll get the beauty of natural wood in a lightweight panel manufactured with TFL technology. The key difference? Burlply features a plywood core, making it perfect for jobs where both strength AND design is important.

If you want a premium look with unmatched detail, but don’t want the weight or drawbacks of real wood, Burlply is the perfect choice for your design.

With Burlply, you get good isolation of sound, heat and electricity, making it perfect for wall partitions and doors where privacy is paramount. Stable and light, the panels are easy to cut but are still highly resistive to shrinking, twisting, warping and cracking. And like hardwood and high-performance laminate, Burlply is scratch- and stain-resistant and easy to clean. Unlike them, however, it is also a cost-effective choice.

Additional advantages include: excellent bending strength over a longer length, excellent screw hold ability, excellent with generic wood processing tools (no specialty tools required!) and it’s lightweight for easy transportation.

Burlply’s durability is ideal when constructing long or wide shelves for cabinets and closets, while its lightweight nature makes it favorable for automobile, marine and aerospace projects. It’s optimal for hotels, conference and ballrooms, offices, restaurants, apartment complexes and entertainment venues and residential applications.
